Main Dining Area
The Main Dining Area, is shared by all, nudes & prudes alike - Hence, some sort of clothing should be worn while you are in this area. Almost anything goes, as long as it covers as much as a bathing suit would. Evenings are a little dressier, but shorts and T-shirts are always acceptable. The food is buffet style, and reasonably good. There is a large selection, so even the most picky eater will have no problem putting on a few pounds. Seating ranges from intimate two person tables to tables that accompany large groups, depending on your mood. Various types of entertainment follow dinner nightly and if you are entertaining enough yourself, let the staff know and they may recruit you to entertain the rest of us.

Pastifari's
Pastifari's is an Italian Restaurant, reservations are required and this is probably the only place at Hedo where you are asked to 'dress up'.

Veronica's
A piano bar where you can sing and listen to others sing. Dress is casual, but again, you should have on something more than your 'birthday suit'.

Prude Beach
Pool & Bar
The Prude Beach, Pool, and Bar, located right outside of the Main Dining Area. The key word here is "Prude". Wear something in this area, even if it is just a "shaving cream" bathing suit. T-Back bathing suits are perfectly acceptable.

Nude Beach
Pool, Hot Tub
Bar
The Nude Beach, Pool, Hot Tub and Bar, located opposite the Prude Beach. The key word here is "Nude". Although, Topless with a T-Back is acceptable and "First Time" nudist are always welcome to keep "something" on until they are comfortable on the beach.
NO clothing is allowed at all in the Nude Pool or Hot Tub.
Signs are posted on the nude beach stating that cameras are not allowed. Do not bring a video camera down to the nude beach and if you bring a still camera make sure that you "Ask before you Flash!"
Gawking is rude even on the prude side, if you plan on gawking at the nudes, please have the decency to remove your clothes so we can gawk back.

Er... Erections
This is rarely a problem, here's why...
You will immediately notice that while everyone is nude, sex is not imminent. Your mind will grasp this and act accordingly. You will see lots of nude people, male and female, fat and skinny, a normal cross-section of the population just relaxing and socializing. It is not an exhibitionist setting and you will not feel out of place by being nude.
If an erection does occur it will be short lived as your mind grasps the reality that it is simply another form of socializing. In the meantime, you can just get in the water or just roll over on the beach lounge chair until it passes.

Scuba & Snorkeling
The resort offers various scuba and snorkeling trips or you can snorkel from the beach. Although snorkeling gear is available at the dive shop, if you have a mask and snorkel bring them with you, they may fit better.
There are shallow and deep dives available every day. All basic dive equipment is available from the dive shop. Bring your dive certification and any special dive equipment such as a dive computer.
Hedo does offer a "resort" certification if you don't have a "C" card, it takes a good amount of time and is not usable anywhere but on Super Club resort dives.

Beach Towels
Beach towels can be picked up in the morning at the prude hot tub by the restaurant, the dive shop and at the nude hot tub.

MoBay to Negril
and Back
Take the buss the first trip, you will get a better feel for Jamacia. Careful with how many "Red Stripes" you consume at the Airport. The trip takes about two and a half hours and their are not many "rest room" stops. After the first buss trip some take the plane, it is about a 15 minute flight and can get you to Hedo a couple of hours sooner.

Rooms
The room are clean and nice with either king size or double beds. There is a safe in the room and you are given a key for it when you check in.
There is a telephone (which you can unplug) and a radio/cd player. Electrical appliances such as curling irons will have no problem working. The rooms at Hedo are also equipped with irons, ironing boards and hair dryers.
The mirrors on the ceilings are provided for your amusement in lieu of a television.
Hot water and water pressure can be a problem at peak grooming times. All I can recommend is that you check and see how much you have before you soap up.

Shopping
Money
US dollars are legal and are accepted almost everywhere. Don't worry about the rate of exchange too much, you will find that you are expected to bargain anyway.

Tips
Tipping is not allowed at Hedo. But the porters at the airport will need to be tipped $1 per bag handled.

Singles
Singles are welcome, male and female alike. The majority of Biff's Bunch founders were single and there are still many singles.
Hedo is a great place for singles, male and female, if what you are looking for is a great vacation where you can meet many interesting and friendly people. Keep in mind that the objective is to relax and socialize. While Hedo offers considerable freedom to do this, is not intended to be a sexual free-for-all. "Asking" before "Grabbing" will greatly enhance your social standing.
Hedo will assign a same-sex roommate and this can be changed at Hedo if you meet someone you would rather room with or have a compatibility problem with your assigned roommate.
Some guests who use this option have had problems and others have met lifetime friends this way. If it is not something that you are comfortable with, there is always the "Singles Supplement" option, where you will be charged an additional 50% for a room all to your self.
